Maintfix, officially named TJ Teollisuus & Kunnossapito Oy, was established in August 2021 as a subsidiary of Jarmo Kälvi Construction Services. Initially, the company operated with just one person, but rapidly growing demand and customer feedback encouraged us to expand our team. In November 2021, we hired our first additional employees, enabling us to broaden our service offerings and provide higher quality customer service.

In the spring of 2022, we expanded our service range to include pipe installations and the installation and maintenance of air source heat pumps. This step strengthened our market position and made us a more versatile partner for our clients. By January 2023, we had secured clients from abroad, opening up new opportunities for our business.

In September 2023, our team grew once again as we hired more skilled staff to meet the increasing demand. During this time, we also introduced the name Maintfix as a trade name, which enhanced our brand and facilitated our marketing efforts.

By 2026, our goal is to further expand our customer base and solidify our position in the industry. Additionally, we plan to expand into international markets by 2028, allowing us to provide high-quality maintenance services to an even broader client base.
