Refurbishing welded-surface rollers

We refurbish worn rollers with welded surfaces by applying a new coating directly at the customer’s site. This avoids unnecessary transport of the rollers and minimizes equipment downtime.

This recoating process restores the rollers’ grip and extends their service life, eliminating the need for an expensive replacement of the entire roller set.

Upgrading ribbed rollers to welded-surface rollers

Traditional ribbed rollers can be upgraded into rollers with a welded surface. This modification work is carried out at our own facility in Kolho, Mänttä-Vilppula.

This upgrade allows you to utilize your existing rollers with a new surface structure, rather than having to replace the entire set.

Manufacturing new rollers
