Compressed Air Lines Installed for New A-Katsastus Station in Tampere Maintfix carried out the installation of compressed air piping for the new A-Katsastus inspection station in the Linnainmaa district of Tampere. The location shares the same property as the recently opened Motonet repair shop. The project included the installation of a compressor and compressed air lines that serve vehicle lifts, air hose reels, and exhaust extraction reels. The installation was carefully planned to meet the workshop’s requirements in terms of efficiency and safety. Maintfix’s skilled team ensured that the compressed air system functions reliably and supports the smooth operation of the new inspection station.

A busy start to the year – Maintfix maintains, installs, and develops Maintfix’s 2025 has started at full speed!Installation of inspection lines in Tampere and Jyväskylä, a docking project in France, and the repair of brake dynamometer rollers along with the construction of a load testing device have taken our expert team across Finland and Europe. Servicing and modernization of technical equipment have been at the core of our operations this year. We’re currently working on refurbishing shock absorber testers to ensure precise and reliable suspension testing. Despite the busy schedule, Maintfix remains true to its core values: high-quality workmanship, quick response, and adaptability to customer needs. The year is just beginning — and we’re off to a great start!

A Busy End of the Year – Thank You to Our Diligent Team! As 2024 comes to a close, it’s been a busy and productive period at Maintfix. The end of the year has been packed with diverse maintenance projects where every member of our team has given their best. We’ve been actively involved in repairs, maintenance, and ensuring that our customers’ operations run smoothly. In Italy, we participated in the 5-year docking of Scarlett Lady with an 8-person team. Maintfix also contributed to the maintenance of Grandiosa in Malta and Aida Nova in the Netherlands. The end of the year also included the annual maintenance of a grease lubrication system at SSAB’s plant in Raahe, as well as floor modifications for a vehicle inspection test track in Mikkeli. A huge thank you to our amazing team, who have risen to every challenge and kept their spirits high even during the busiest times! It’s been an incredible year! Now it’s time to pause for a moment and enjoy the festive season. However, we won’t completely stop – there are still a few maintenance tasks scheduled for the days between Christmas and New Year. As the year changes, Maintfix looks forward to new, exciting plans and opportunities. We’re stepping into 2025 with enthusiasm and readiness to tackle fresh challenges together! Installation of Grease Lubrication System in the Czechia Maintfix is once again on the move with international projects! This time, our installer are working at Valmet’s factory in the Czechia, where we are installing a modern grease lubrication system. We are particularly proud that our youngest employee, Jere, 20, is involved in this project. Despite being only 20 years old, Jere already has extensive experience in installation and maintenance projects both at home and abroad. He has been part of many challenging tasks, and in the Czech project, he continues to develop as an important member of our team. Maintfix aims to always provide our customers with reliable and high-quality services, and Jere has become an essential part of this promise. We are proud to offer young talents the opportunity to grow and develop as part of our team—both in Finland and on international markets. The installation of the grease lubrication system at Valmet’s factory is yet another example of how Maintfix can meet demanding industrial projects on a global scale.
